1. What VelocityMarkets Is
VelocityMarkets provides software that lets you connect your own exchange API credentials (e.g. Kalshi) to run an automated trading strategy on prediction markets, configurable via a dashboard. VelocityMarkets is a software provider only. We are not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, or money manager, and we do not custody your funds at any point.
2. No Guarantee of Profit
Trading prediction markets, including crypto-linked binary contracts, involves substantial risk of loss. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. VelocityMarkets makes no representation, express or implied, that use of this software will be profitable or will not result in losses, including the loss of your entire trading balance. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
3. Your Responsibility
All trades executed by the software are placed using your own exchange account and your own funds, based on the configuration you set. You are solely responsible for reviewing your exchange's terms of service, your own applicable laws and tax obligations, your risk settings, and monitoring your account activity. You may pause or stop the bot at any time via the dashboard kill switch.
4. API Key Security
Your exchange API key is encrypted at rest and is never displayed back to you or any third party after submission. We recommend using an API key scoped to trading permissions only (no withdrawal permissions), where your exchange supports this.
5. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this site or within the software constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Jev AI scoring and any other signal shown is a software heuristic, not a recommendation to trade.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation stops future billing and deactivates your running bot instance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelocityMarkets and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this software.
